iPod situation = not good! All last night and I mean for hours, I tried to get my iPod to sync with iTunes so I could put my music on but it wouldn't work. My iPod would connect with the computer but not with the iTunes! I also tried it with another program MediaMonkey which I used for my last iPod because that wouldn't sync with iTunes either but no luck! Being the idiot that I am, I was so fed up last night after trying for ages to get it to sync, that I ended up formatting my iPod. Yes, stupid decision I know! Now, I can't get my iPod on and it says use iTunes to restore but my iPod won't bloody connect with iTunes! I don't know what to do as I've followed all the things on the website and it's still not working. Looks like I'm back at the Apple shop at the weekend to tell them what a fool I've been and see if they can restore it for me :/ This is depressing me as I'm missing my iPod so I'm going to move on.
On a more pleasant note - an update on my 'education' haha. As I'm starting sixth form in September, the place I'm going was holding an 'open day' where we could get even more information about the four A-Level's we want to take and have the opportunity to get advice but most importantly meet our new tutors and new tutor class! I haven't actually made any new friends yet apart from one last week also called Becca (hehe!) when me and my friend went to the History 'Bridging Day' The good news is, I'm in a class with someone I know and a close friend so I'm pleased about that! P.S. The Classics teacher is an absolute hoot! Everyone there couldn't stop laughing as he's so funny! I hope I get him for my classics teacher but the other woman seems pretty nice too. Hoping to be able to go on their additional trip to Greece in Year 12 and Italy in Year 13. Aghhhh! Exciting stuff!
And another thing - if you don't already follow this girl follow her now! Furree Katt is someone that I've followed for absolutely ages but this one post is one everyone should read :)
ahh I hope you solve the iPod situation! xo
ReplyDeleteohh noo :( i hope you get it fixed! as for school, trips to greece and italy sound like so much fun!
ReplyDeleteHmm..have you thought about maybe getting a different USB cable to connect to the computer? Just an idea.
ReplyDeleteWow, a trip to Greece sounds amazing! :D
I hope you get the ipod situation resolved!! I love listening to my ipod everyday so I feel your pain. Have a good week! :)
ReplyDeleteso sorry about your ipod. they can be the trickiest. the little round turny thing on mine (you know, how you select music, pause, play, etc) gets stuck all of the time and it is quite frustrating! i hope it works out soon.
ReplyDeleteAlways be grateful that you don't have to download all your songs again! That happened to me once and it was a right royal pain. I hope that Apple store dude is able to help you again though :)
ReplyDeleteohhh my goodness i hope everything works out with your ipod :( it sucks that all of this had to happen!
ReplyDeletei'm glad that you'll have a familiar face in your new class :D and it seems like your teachers will be awesome, too. Greece and Italy sound wonderful :O! you're so lucky.
