Destination Love: Egypt

I would love to go to Egypt mainly for the ancient history; I absolutely loved learning about the Egyptians in primary school! The one thing that puts me off: the heat. I don't think I'll be able to bear it :( Anyway, I think it's amazing how some of these 'ancient wonders' have lasted so many centuries:
The Pyraminds of Giza

The Sphinx

Cairo

Egyptian Museum in Cairo

Abu Simbel

Luxor Temple

Taking a felucca on the Nile

A Camel Ride
Temples of Karnak

Valley of the Kings

  2. I would love to go to Egypt for the exact same reasons, I've wanted to ever since I seen the movie "The Mummy" basically lol!

I'd be scared about the heat too but then again, other places like Italy and Australia are hot too so I think we'd just have to deal with it!

  3. I adored Egypt at one point in my life, and did my best to learn EVERYTHING about its ancient culture. Haven't been there yet though, but these beautiful pictures kind of reawakened that old spark.
