Day Six - Something you hope you never have to do...
I might have mentioned before that I have a nut allergy which I carry an epi-pen for in case I eat any type of nut and start to have an allergic reaction. So, I hope that I never have to use my epi-pen in the future because I've seen the size of needle and not being a big fan of needles to start with, I don't fancy having it jabbed into the muscle in my thigh. No thank you. But not just not having to use my epi-pen but to not have an allergic reaction. I found out that I had an allergy by eating a chicken tikka masala curry at my friends house and because it had fresh ingredients - coconut and almond - I had an allergic reaction. However I am more severly allergic to peanuts which could even be fatal if I don't have my epi-pen. Scary stuff! Not being able to breathe properly isn't too nice and that was on a small scale the first time around.
Hopefully, never again.
