Setting a Goal

Okay, so I think this maybe my third post of the day but hey that's what blogging is about. So, tonight I went to the gym (the first time in months) with my mam and my weight-loss regime has finally began again. Hopefully I'll be able to shed the weight before Christmas time. I know Christmas is still along time away but I feel that is a good time to set a goal for and it is also my birthday in that month.


I don't want to bore you any further with this so I won't but I may add some parts in over the next few months in my posts. I hope I will have made some good progress!

  1. What an excellent goal! I too have begun exercising - today is day 3 of jogging. Eh, it sucks, esp. with the heat, but I am proud of myself and I feel like it is easier when I just do it instead of dreading & complaining about it. Good luck with your regiment! You're going to feel FABULOUS in a few days!
